Processing:
Mix dry ingredients together in mixing bowl
Mix liquid ingredients together in blender
Add liquid ingredients to dry and blend on low speed just until mixed
Scrape bowl and gently mix in raisins
Place batter in muffin pans using a #20 scoop (2 oz)
Bake muffins at 400ºF for 15 minutes
Remove muffins from pans and cool on wire racks
Changes from the original formula (tested on flaxseed muffins only):
Bran was reduced
Oil was reduced by 40% the weight of the flaxseed
Honey and raisins were increased
Applesauce, cinnamon, and nutmeg were added
