Batters & Breadings
ENRECO whole, ground flaxseed makes great batters and breadings – even at 100% use levels. Simply mix flaxseed with flour or bread crumbs in different ratios and add salt, herbs and spices to taste. When moistened, the soluble fiber in whole, ground flaxseed helps batters and breadings adhere to meat, fish, cheese or vegetable surfaces.
